Difficulty concentrating, chronic procrastination, forgetfulness, emotional overwhelm, or feeling constantly “behind” can be frustrating—especially when you’ve tried to manage on your own. Many adolescents and adults seek an ADHD evaluation after years of feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or unsure why things feel harder than they should.

An ADHD evaluation can help determine whether attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or another concern is contributing to these challenges.

What is an ADHD Evaluation?

An ADHD evaluation is a structured clinical assessment designed to determine whether symptoms are consistent with ADHD and to rule out other conditions that may present similarly, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or learning differences.

The goal is to provide clarity, accurate diagnosis, and actionable recommendations—not just a label.
