About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor (LPC-S) providing individual counseling to adolescents and adults. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on helping clients create meaningful, sustainable change.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating patterns, life transitions, and women’s mental health, including perimenopause-related concerns. I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to each client’s goals and needs.
I believe therapy should be practical, supportive, and empowering. Sessions focus not only on insight, but on building skills that clients can apply in daily life to improve emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.
In addition to clinical work, I provide LPC supervision and am committed to ethical, high-quality mental health care. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy services.
